
Kellogg's® All-Bran® Brownies
Ingredients
2/3 cup (160 ml) flour
¼ teaspoon (1 ml) salt
½ cup (125 ml) cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 cup (250 ml) white sugar
½ cup (125 ml) Kellogg's
® All-Bran Flakes
®
1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla
½ cup (125 ml) butter or margarine (soft tub), melted, cooled
½ cup (125 ml) chopped walnuts
Method
- Stir together flour, salt and cocoa powder. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs until light. Add sugar gradually, beating until fluffy. Fold in Kellogg's® All-Bran Flakes® cereal, vanilla and butter/margarine. Fold in flour mixture and walnuts.
- Spread evenly in 20 cm X 20 cm pan coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 180ºC for approximately 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near centre comes out clean.
Cool completely in pan.
