
Kellogg's® All-Bran® Banana Bread
Ingredients
1 cup Kellogg's
® All-Bran Flakes
®
¾ cup (188 ml) whole wheat self raising flour
¼ teaspoon (1.3 ml) bicarbonate of soda
½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) full cream powdered milk
½ cup (125 ml) castor sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoon (45 ml) water
1 cup (250 ml) mashed banana
Method
- Combine dry ingredients and add egg, water, and banana.
- Beat until well until combined.
- Spoon into a greased 20 x 10 cm loaf tin.
- Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 45 minutes or until cooked when tested.
Makes 1 loaf.
