
Kellogg's® All-Bran Hi-Fibre®
Apricot Slices
Ingredients
125 g butter
150 ml brown sugar
½ cup (125 ml) honey
200 g Kellogg's
® All-Bran Hi-Fibre
®, lightly crushed
3 tablespoons (45 ml) dessicated coconut
2 ml ground cinnamon
80 g dried apricots, finely chopped
2 tablespoons (30 ml) dark chocolate, grate
Method
- Line a 20 cm lamington tray with baking paper.
- Mix the butter, sugar and honey in a medium saucepan and stir over medium heat until the sugar has melted.
- Pour the honey mixture into a mixing bowl and add the bran, coconut, cinnamon and apricots. Press the mixture into the tray and sprinkle with chocolate.
- Cut into slices while still warm and crumbly and refrigerate until firm.
