Try some of our easy breakfast tips to spice up your high in fibre breakfast:

  • Enjoy a bowl of Kellogg's® All-Bran® and fresh fruit with the skin on for added fibre.
  • If you eat toast ensure that it contains wholegrains and fibre to get the most out of your breakfast!
  • Fruit juice contains very little fibre - rather put your favourite fruit with the skin on in a blender to make a fresh fruit smoothie. Smoothies can contain up to 3 grams of fibre!
  • Substitute wholegrain flour for half or all of the white flour when baking.
  • Try adding Kellogg's® All-Bran® to muffins, cakes and cookie recipes!
